Your Data, Protected
We take your privacy seriously and work at all times to be compliant with relevant data protection and privacy laws. Read on to see exactly how we collect, use, share and protect the information you give us.

The Basics
We only collect personal data where it's necessary to deliver the information, goods or services you've asked us for — a quote, a survey, an installation, or an answer to a question. We aim to always be clear about what we're collecting and why.
All the information we hold is gathered through lawful means, with your knowledge and consent, and used only for the purposes described in this policy.
Start To Finish
What we collect, why we use it, and how long we keep it for.
Only what's necessary to deliver the information, goods or services you've requested — typically your name, address, phone number and email address.
Processed only for the purpose stated when we collected it, and occasionally to send you updates relevant to your product or service — you can opt out at any time.
Only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for. For customers, contact details are retained for the full duration of your product's warranty.
01 — Who Sees It
We only ever share your information with third parties where it's needed to deliver the product or service you've asked for — never for anything else.
Quotes, surveys and fitting work are carried out by our accredited installer network. If you contact us with a request for any of these services, we'll pass your enquiry to the relevant installer in your area so they can get in touch.
If you make a claim under warranty that requires work to be carried out, your details will be passed to an installer to complete it — this may not be the same installer who originally did the work.
We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. It's shared only as described above, or where we're required to by law.
You're In Control
Every reasonable effort is made to keep your data accurate, complete and up to date. Under UK data protection law, you also have the following rights.
You can ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, and request a copy of it, at any time.
If any details we hold about you are inaccurate or incomplete, let us know and we'll correct them.
You can ask us to delete your personal data where we no longer have a legitimate reason to keep it — for example, once your product warranty has expired.
You can ask us to pause using your data in certain circumstances, or object to it being used for marketing purposes.
Where relevant, you can ask for the data you've given us in a structured, commonly used format so it can be transferred elsewhere.
Where we rely on your consent to contact you — for example, marketing updates — you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us using the details below. We'll then stop those communications as required by law.
Kept Secure
We protect your personal information with reasonable security safeguards against:
Loss or theft of your information
Unauthorised access to your data
Unauthorised disclosure or copying
Unauthorised use or modification
We're committed to conducting our business in line with these principles, to ensure the confidentiality of your personal information is protected and maintained at every stage.
